Many thanks, yes I'm quite pleased with progress.
My plan is to do another cycle, then after that probably go to the off-period and build-up. That would take me to around the end of March, with the aim being to start on the 10k program again and hopefully do some races all things being well.
Does that sound reasonable? Happy to consider any other suggestions if you think different?
