4:18, 4:14, 4:17, 4:22, 4:34
4:41, 4:51, 4:43, 4:53, 4:25
very very bad. last 2 10km session.
after 3km cant keep up the pace and legs feels heavy.
5km session and lsd could do 4:30 at least 5 km but why this 10 km session like this bad.
is 1km session too fast? or need more rest?
Today was the end of 3rd cycle. Can i do 1 more cycle?

MrM, consider doing a week off easy running followed by the last week of the Build-up program and then you can go back towards the 10k cycle
