Today an easy 30mins ahr138 mhr149 Just over 6k.
Back to day01 tomorrow? then following the plan will leave me a day short on race day? Or do i do 2 lots of day01 (60 to 70min easy distance):confused:
I'm gonna bust a lung on the 2k sets but it's all in a good cause:whistle:
