I think i could have gone quicker, at 6k i felt good and wanted to go faster, but i'm in it for the long game so i kept to your advice and completed this session strongly at agreed pace :whistle:
I'm gonna need to drop a session in order to make race day. But i'd like a rest day tomorrow Please advise & thanks Ed :whistle:
