I'll keep more detailed weight records along side my running log...It will be interesting to see...
Today was supposed to do an easy 30min run...i ended up doing only about 23min as i got a really nice(painful) stitch on my right side. I haven't had one of these in a LONG time...I'm wondering why it decided to happen today. It kicked in around 3km...i ran for a bit and then stopped and walked...it went mostly away, then started running again and back it came...ran a bit longer, then just decided to call it quits at 4km and go do my weight lifting session.
What do you think i should do for my next race day? Another 5k? 4k? Do a personal 10k for fun...? Don't think i'll be able to find a real 10k race anywhere close or that syncs up with my schedule right now..
Tomorrow I've got the relaxed/easy 10k on the schedule...
