Hi Robin, try get the routine onto where u do the 2k session on the Thursday for the future
so move the 1k session to Tuesday next week and balance your weekend's training
Rest - Friday
in the build-up to August we can do this 3 week cycle and then see how things are going
enjoy the weekend
