Hi Robin, please note, you have yet to do a 3 week cycle of training. What you have done is train 2k's .. 1k .. long run and then run a race
each time you have done this you go into races carrying the training sessions, you cannot expect to get results in such circumstances
the Wallander run is in 2 weeks maybe your body can bounce back for that event but recognise that you can't expect 'miracles' in races without the proper balance
