I did the 6 * 1k session last night, it went very well and I'm feeling very confident in this session at the moment.
Times as follows:
1. 3:38
2. 3:39
3. 3:38
4. 3:40
5. 3:38
6. 3:36
Unfortunately my garmin is still not charged, so no HR data.
We are flying back out to Melbourne tomorrow morning, so I'll miss a couple of easy runs, but I'd like to get my 5k paced run in on Sunday instead of Saturday to get an extra days recovery from the flight......
Sound ok?
