The medal represents more than just an achievement, it’s a reminder of your strength and resilience, a testament to what you can accomplish when you set your mind to it.
\nTallinn will be the first European capital to make its international sporting event participation medals from used consumer electronics waste. On the 105th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia, the unique Tallinn Marathon medals feature the Estonian national bird, the barn swallow.<\/p>\n

Priit Verlin, who designed the medal says its “a rare masterpiece worthy of Estonia’s jubilee”. Did you know, that our national bird has been a symbol of Estonia for more than 60 years, and has also been depicted on the identity documents of every Estonian citizen and on the former largest banknote of the newly independent Republic of Estonia, the five-hundred kroon?<\/p>\n
