The center was projected by Raivo Puusepp. It was opened in March 2009.  <\/p>\n

Review by Black Dahlia<\/em>: Solaris is a modern, well-kept shopping centre in the heart of the city. It\u2019s clean, easy to navigate, and has a good mix of shops, cafes, and entertainment options. Great location, especially if you’re exploring nearby cultural spots.<\/p>\n
