On Tuesday evening when Yohan Blake (9.95) of Jamaica and Christophe Lemaitre (9.96) of France dipped under the 10 second mark in Montreuil-sous-Bois they became the 14th and 15th sprinters to dip under the magic barrier in 2011.\u00a0 15 sprinters under 10-seconds in the 100-metres breaks the previous record of 14 from 2008.<\/p>\n
