hi neil .. I identify that your resilience achieves your parkrun time but your 1k speed is not where it should be naturally
don't panic, it actually shows where you are stuck .. we continue as we are doing and then we do slight taps to the next level
as long as easy runs are not above zone 3 and that this distance increases slowly without problems we are moving in the right direction
the hill training is gold, so don't run them hard
