my hill repeats were just spot on.
the long run over the weekend was a bit of a drag given i had some pain in the left leg,currently being looked at just to ensure all is good.

Hello gd its good to be back.

today i ran 45min really steady but still relax and smooth for 10ks plus
the session was cool and the weather was lots and lots of rain.

my training ends with 6min of backwards ruining every time am done training.
so lets see how today's science prove essential

I ran for the first time this week today.
in my last email i ran on friday also for 1h

the session friday was 1hr and no probs.

i started training today for 1hr relax 13k run

The weather was cool but once more on my side,

should i jog for half 35 min session and 35min an and pl session also,

keep safe :notworthy::notworthy::notworthy::notworthy:
HI Joel .. play it by ear and be sensible in what runs you do

rather be more cautious than looking to do too much too soon

today I had a 35min am session relax and cool.
no problems no pain.

pm
ran for 40min on the level grass surface.
no pain :yes:
so far to return at fill session has been hard.
