And the best until now was what you said: bananas, bread and for me I also include an egg. Thanks to reminder me to not eat meat on race day, I'm following a Paleo / Low Carb Diet and there is a lot of meat for me daily. Staying over 23min instead of 24min. I don't know why but today was a really tough session. Raining since yesterday's night, I waited the opportunity when the rain stopped a little and I got out to run. I had to look after to run looking to the wet ground and skip the water throwed from the cars lol maybe this took out my attention from the running itself...
