Hi Ed

Never made it the traffic was crawling and i ran out of time.
Sunday i found an offroad 10k that i tried to get involved in after 1k i was fried and just ran around at an easy pace.Nothing in the tank and badly off pace even so never really attemped to push on.
Think rest and easy day to follow until this burn out phase lifts.

Heading back to thailand soon hopefully regain my vest to run.
Keeping things easy at the moment until the end of the month then look to get going again.

Just to say i did a 3k time trial after a very easy week of rest and taking it east.
10.14 not too bad as i was struggling straight away to get my legs turning.
will run easy sunday and look to get back on cycle at the start of october.

not been online for a while and running very little actually how ever slowly getting back into running now and getting use to the heat again.

After loosing all motivation after a foot problem i am running around 20 miles a week and just taking things easy.

hope all is well with you ps all my data is on garmin and strava as i came out of the dark ages.
