I have seen improvement over the last few weeks. A few good months of training under my belt and feel ready to get out there and test it. First race in a whole year! The course is on the Thai navy base and a very hilly course so will be mindful how i run this. Not worried about times Sunday just want to bed in a solid result. it is a 10.5k course and ran 44 mins last year last race actually. so anything around that sort of time will do just nicely. will keep you posted on how it goes. just nice to be giving it a go! regards jon coming off base phase/when to up the pace. - TheEd - 04-03-2018 How did it go Jon?
