Here we go.... - muralhape - 13-11-2013

Hey TheEd,

I have finally backed to the routine again. My family has gone away yesterday. Everything fine on those mountains that I said to you, just ran once on Sat 4.2 k in 23min, half upping half downing. It was good, a different kind of stimulation.

Lost the sessions since Sunday. And today I did the 30 easy minutes. About Saturday I'm planning to do a 5k race / test , what are your thought about it?

Regards,

FL

rather 4k Fabio .. we use 4k for the assessment and 5k for achieving fastest times Wink

Cheers

Hey TheEd,

coming just to ask something to you. I'm introducing the strenght training again in my routine, after a few years that I quit the powerlifting competitions. But I'm guessing what could be the 2 or 3 days that match better in our program?
For now, I'm planning to training the legs and calves once a week and the upper body twice.

I'm backing to the gym after listen to many friends that I'm too skinny lol (Sure, they said that before the visit of my parents.. mom food equal extra kilos Big Grin )

Best regards,

FL

p.S Great weekend for you TheEd!

Hey TheEd,

so....

4k trial test
Morning, 18C

k | Time | AHR
1 4:05 165
2 4:00 180

And I needed to stop and turn around Sad we have a tropical storm near us right now and at the 2k mark the wind became too strong and this time do not worth run against the nature, it always win Big Grin

I must say also that in 2k mark the things were getting pretty hard and probably slowning down the pace would be necessary. I'm glad that I could ran with this pace even for 2k lol and feeling good.

Today I'm starting the weight training, full body today just to remember how it is

Best regards,

FL

P.S Looking forward to the beginning of the new cycle and hoping to see some improvement.
