Please advise - robbie_1000 - 15-01-2010 All treadmill Day 1 easy 10k Day 2 easy 5k Day 3 5 x 2k @ 8.00mins per set inc R90. My mental game is whats getting me through. I missed my easy 30mins yesterday. I'll get back on track with an easy 10k today. Cheers Rob Just done the 10k in 50mins treadmill. Inside left thigh and right hamstring a little sore during running. Is that because i missed the easy 30 yesterday. Resting them up now, seem ok. sub 40 10 k. Please advise - robbie_1000 - 20-01-2010 I learned today that it's best sticking to the schedule. I you miss a day you miss a day! I went in thinking I could do the 1000s but my heart wasn't into it as i was off schedule and i started thinking of doing an easy 30. I decided to do the 1000s and struggled out the first 2 and then got my mind in the right place. Managed them at 3.50 per set on the treadmill of course. ![]() Right quad and hamstring ache a bit.
