Will finish my build up next week and start the 3 week cycle after a time trial. My race is march the 18th so have time to get myself together. Thanks for asking regards jon. coming off base phase/when to up the pace. - TheEd - 22-01-2017 all sounds good are you doing your own build-up or from the programs provided with the site? TheEd coming off base phase/when to up the pace. - JonathanWardley - 22-01-2017 Hi Ed, I am doing the time to run build up two three week cycles. It's only boring as I have to do everything on a treadmill and in no way defacing a solid build up program. Been offshore is ground hog day and makes for a long day running easy everyday on a treadmill. That aside one more week will do a time trial and see where we are at. 72kg wet through at the moment and that's without diving. All for now jon. coming off base phase/when to up the pace. - TheEd - 25-01-2017 boring but consistent lays a decent foundation ![]() on we go TheEd coming off base phase/when to up the pace. - JonathanWardley - 25-01-2017 Thanks Ed, Not missed a single run so yes it's gone well. Just finishing my week off then will hit a time trial and see where we are at. Thanks for your post in good spirits about the training.
