Hi Ed,
Nearly into my 6 week of build up which is starting to get boring but needed to be done.
Will finish my build up next week and start the 3 week cycle after a time trial. My race is march the 18th so have time to get myself together.

Hi Ed,
I am doing the time to run build up two three week cycles.It's only boring as I have to do everything on a treadmill and in no way defacing a solid build up program.
Been offshore is ground hog day and makes for a long day running easy everyday on a treadmill.
That aside one more week will do a time trial and see where we are at. 72kg wet through at the moment and that's without diving. All for now jon.

Not missed a single run so yes it's gone well.
Just finishing my week off then will hit a time trial and see where we are at.

Hi Ed,
Time trial done on a tired body 17.55 5k so lost some speed and will put it down to working 8 weeks solid to slip back.
45 mins easy today then on to the 75 mins easy.
I will be home next week so hopefully come into shape after a few 3 week cycles.
All for now home sweet home jon.
