this is nice going when compared to your 2k session and your starting 4k time-trial .. so there is definite improvement

start from Day 1 Tuesday and Thursday is the joyful 2k session

will leave that in your hands but you may consider doing the session at 4.15 per k to 4.20 .. though you can see how it goes

over to you

Won't be able to start the cycle again until next tuesday as i am away for the week with work.

So i will only be able to do 30-40 min runs for the week.

Also i have an adventure race this weekend with work, its a 67km race with a mixture of running, cycling and kayaking.

Should'nt be too bad as most of it will be done at a walking pace.

p.s. Just want to say i am very happy with my results so far, thank you very much for all your help to date and hopefully many more results to come.

a break this week would not be any harm

maybe consider running 1hr every 2nd day

Cheers and enjoy

Hey things didn't go so well with my 2k session last friday .

Did my warm-up but after my second repeat i started to feel dizzy, so i stopped. Rested up for a while but still didn't feel great so i said i'd call it a day and took saturday off aswell.

Did an easy 40 mins on sunday and feld good, so i did an hour easy today and felt good after that aswell. So lm thinking about starting again tomorrow!!

What would you recommend ???

Cheers.
