sub 40 10 k. Please advise - TheEd - 10-04-2009 well there is no rush, as long as you do the session and remain consistent then everything will take care of itself the session will certainly happen and you should find the 1000's a breeze TheEd sub 40 10 k. Please advise - robbie_1000 - 11-04-2009 managed an early long slow run this morning. It's my stag day/night today so best fit it in while i can. Don't think i'm gonna be in running shape tomorrow :p sub 40 10 k. Please advise - TheEd - 11-04-2009 boy oh boy .. oh dear enjoy sub 40 10 k. Please advise - robbie_1000 - 12-04-2009 No run today  Easy 10k tomorrow though  sub 40 10 k. Please advise - robbie_1000 - 15-04-2009 Hi Ed, :noway: First run out since the stag do was today. I've only just recovered  I so can't handle my booze anymore and am really upset that i got the way i did, with my only excuse being that it was my stag do. Still as you said in the past onwards and forwards. Managed 7.5k outside running around London dodging tourists at lunch time! 38mins. So i'm back i guess, although before my run today i noticed my resting heart rate was 10beats higher than normal. So i guess i'm after a plan again. Shall i start at the beginning of the sub 40 10k schedule again.:duh::confused: sub 40 10 k. Please advise - TheEd - 16-04-2009 alcohol does that to one's heart rate and you should be back to normal 3 days after alcohol intake when do you have a race planned again and not to worry, stags are only meant to happen once a lifetime so be sure to stick to that Till your feedback TheEd :mrburns: sub 40 10 k.
