well there is no rush, as long as you do the session and remain consistent then everything will take care of itself

the session will certainly happen

and you should find the 1000's a breeze

Hi Ed, :noway:

First run out since the stag do was today.
I've only just recovered
I so can't handle my booze anymore and am really upset that i got the way i did, with my only excuse being that it was my stag do.

Still as you said in the past onwards and forwards.

Managed 7.5k outside running around London dodging tourists at lunch time! 38mins.

So i'm back i guess, although before my run today i noticed my resting heart rate was 10beats higher than normal.
So i guess i'm after a plan again. Shall i start at the beginning of the sub 40 10k schedule again.

:confused::duh::confused:

alcohol does that to one's heart rate and you should be back to normal 3 days after alcohol intake

when do you have a race planned again

and not to worry, stags are only meant to happen once a lifetime so be sure to stick to that Wink

Till your feedback

I'm on my honeymoon for most of May. Smile
We both want to run while we are there a little. No quality runs i guess though. Sad

I reckon Sunday 28 June 2009 11.00 AM will be the next time I race now.

Shall i knock out an easy 30mins to an hr today?

sub 40 10 k. Please advise - TheEd - 16-04-2009

if you able to 30 to 40 minute runs while you away may be helpful

Cheers

TheEd

ps.. enjoy
