Please advise - robbie_1000 - 22-10-2009 Hi Ed, I seem to be right on track at the moment with this cycle of the programme. I'm sticking to it word for word and haven't come unstuck yet. Legs feel good... Mental game is good also. I'm very happy where i am with my running at the moment. 40mins on the road no worries last night. Running is no longer something that must be done in the day but has become something to be enjoyed and maintained. Happy days |
