Hi Ed,
The race is on the 22nd.
I managed an easy 10k on the treadmill yesterday in 54mins30 Day 7
Day 8 today running the 1000s @ 3.45 i reckon.
I'm trying to find a sub 40 running partner who i can chase down on race day
So things are going to plan atm,
Just gotta do it on the day :whistle:

Day 08 yesterday the 1000s at 3.45pk np. But treadmill only, i wonder if i could do this outside, prob not. So i reckon actually i'm still not at the pace i need to be to go sub 40.

Missed the 1hr easy as the weather was dreadful last night and i didn't fancy the gym.
Rest today.
I decided yesterday that on race day i will run a sub 40 10k. The only thing i'm not sure on is how much under 40 i will go.
This attempt i'm gonna hold onto the pace and deal with the pain:mad:

treadmill 19.10 no worries
Yesterday 1hr easy on the road.
My front toes hurt.
If i go on tip toes hurts more so am avoiding this.
Worn shoes maybe.
