Quiquesubway 10k Training - Quiquesubway - 13-04-2009

I'm rested, without pain or a runny nose. Went for a 30 min jog with my son yesterday and 80 min easy run today (10miles).

Tomorrow's slow paced 10K and Tuesday's I'm looking forward to KM reps! Will try steady 3:50 ks'

Cheers:yes:

Hey, how are you?
I didn't do well on today's practice, but I finished it. Maybe I'm just tired. Don't know. I've been working 12 hrs shifts straight and don't have much rest. I do feel motivated, but apparently there's not enough fuel. Or maybe I'm just giving it a lot of thought and importance and it's something that will pass by.

Warm up- 21:23
1KM @ 3:49.94 w/1:01 rest
2KM @ 4:00.34 w/1:00
3KM @ 4:01.83 w/1:00 *sip water
4KM @ 3:59.42 w/1:00
5KM @ 4:04.48 w/1:00 *sip water
6KM @ 4:01.72 w/9:36 cool down

After that had dinner (Subway's chicken breast in a plate w/ tomatoes) and felt like I've been hit by a train!

Anyway, hope to feel better tomorrow. I'm going for a 30 min run early morning.

Please advice

Best Regards,
Quique

should i try pacing myself at 4:10 or all-out?

Quiquesubway 10k Training - TheEd - 17-04-2009

pace yourself for the first 2km and then see if you have the energy to work harder
