Question about a training program - Cristian - 25-07-2009 Hi all, I'm new to this website and I have a question about a training program I found here. What does the R90-2 min mean in the following? start with 4x2k R90-2min 8min 50 (4.25 per k) I've recently started training for fun and ran my first ever 10k sub 50 min two weeks ago and I'm now looking forward to do it faster.
