Hi TheEd,

oh my goodness!! I think I have some kind of curst on 3:45 for 1km! Sad

I forgot my usual top and had just really tiny one..it was realy squashing my rib cage.. I guess my lung capacity expended as it wasn't that tight around my chest before..

I managed just just finish the 5th one as I couldnt handle pain any more..Sad
Speed felt fine (as much as I could concentrate on it not on my ribs!) I guess I felt 87-90% rest felt short but enough to catch my breath back..

I'm so sorry!! Can I repeat it again Sunday or Monday with normal top?:duh:
and can go 1-2s faster or slower just to take that curst of?Smile

no .. don't hassle .. don't make it a mental thing now .. the session at 3.45 is quite a high mover, so if you found the speed easy then it is grand

continue as normal .. 1hr Sunday and we will roll out a quality session on Tuesday

enjoy the weekend

ok ok ... now for the session ... 5/6 x 600m .. Rest 90 seconds to 2 minutes pace = 2:15 to 2:20 per 600m

a tough session some may say

Hi TheEd,

Sorry, are you sure?

it's exactly the same speed i did 1000s last Friday.. and i did with 1min rest in between.. That would be easy then! Smile
