Hi TheEd!

I did yesterday 38min easy run. Legs felt fine, but my lungs! Felt tired for some reason.. I guess after a break and back to Londons polution!Smile

What shall I do next?

p.s. I'm racing next month, this month race day I'm going away as we have bank holiday again!

Hi TheEd,

After I wrote you I cycled to work and side of my knee started acke, it's worse when I go upstairs and place my leg down. It's painfull when I push too. It feels like lateral ligament..I'll try to see someone just to confirm what to do with it.. Don't want stop running!

Hi TheEd,

I saw physio today. And it looks like i banged my leg on mountains little too much..:mmm: it looks like the ligament which attaches Fibula to Tibia is little inflamed. All nerves and hamstrings are fine. So nothing major!

No running at least till Monday.. Sad Just ice and iboprophin...

Hi TehEd,

As my physio said: if I realy need to- I can run.. So I did it today as I couldn't wait any more.. It's still there when I run, but it's not masively painfull, it's more stiff than anything. I was given to put some heating-cooling gel pre running, so after I didn't feel anything.. I guess tomorrow will tell everything.. Unfortunately my physio is away this week so can't consult with him...

I'll let you know tomorrow if I'm back on track, it's realy frustrating..Sad

So.. Yesterday evening my knee got worse.. but today I can't feel a thing! So I don't know.. I guess I should wait how this day will go..

you will need to be patient with this, as it isn't a running injury

it will all be OK quite soon

keep doing sit-ups and press-ups, that should assist
