Sat Day 9 Rest
Sun Day 10 50min easy
Mon Day 11 5k paced run 21:30 AHR 188/Max 196

Tried to stay relaxed and could have easily done another 5k at that pace. Enjoyed.

I'll do the 10x400m on Thursday and would like to do a slow long run on Sunday instead of a time-trial.
