AM-runs during the Build Up Period. - Runar - 22-06-2014

Hi, I'm wondering if it would be smart to fill in some AM-runs during the Build Up Period. Not to long, and very easy.
Can you suggest some days doing AM-runs during "The Build Up Period to the 10k Training Schedule".
I am training between sub 40 and sub 35.

Hi Runar, and welcome to the forums

I would need to get more details about your background and what training your are used to

with the programs, it is certainly not necessary to do 'doubles' during the build-up

the program is progressive and provides for all scenarios the longer the athlete is on the programs

over to you
