Hi again!

What do you think about this tomorrow as a combination of the 1hour run and the 5 k paced?

The page is in Swedish, but maybe a translator-service can give a pretty accurate translation.

It seems like a lot of fun!

All the best,
Christian

do you have an event coming up next weekend?

if no race next weekend, then there is no harm in doing the Sunday participation however after the event we would need to change things around to give proper recovery

I don't have any events planned for next week.

Any tips on this kind of race? preparation? tactics?

The race is on hilly terrain-track and goes on for 90 min. Who comes furthest wins.

Christian

well it is not meant to be a race and you asked

What do you think about this tomorrow as a combination of the 1hour run and the 5 k paced?

so there we have it .. a training run with the last 5km as a paced run

you should not need a holiday after the event Wink

enjoy

Ok, I will try not to get hot-headed :jester:

It's probably best to take it quite easy since it goes on for 90 min in terrain.

thank you,
Christian

well then 60 minutes of damage control and easy Sunday pace and then it will be interesting to see if you have any energy left Wink .. however taking things easy will certainly help in the last 30 minutes

enjoy .. and rest / recovery Monday

ps.. need to talk after event to discuss recovery during week

I've started a blog.

Is it ok to embed your training programs and link to your homepage and forum in the blog?
