it was still too early to go towards the 1hr run and your legs are telling you so immediately Wink

keep it down to 30 minutes and halve all the sessions from what the program says, currently, one day on one day off will give you sufficient time to recover and it will put you in good stead for when you start training 'proper'

be patient provide feedback and before you know it you will be running without any problems

are you coping with taking things easier than normal?

it is the best as this will allow you to become consistent

I will continue with the buildup as instructed, I'm taking a day off today and will start out easy tomorrow. I will try to get a Garmin watch so I can feedback on the vitals also.
