Pushing my boundries - Jay - 06-01-2011

Hi TheEd

Do you give advice to people who aren't following one of your programs?

I'm currently about half way through a slightly modified 12 week Hal Higdon Advanced program and making some great progress on my pace.

I think my biggest problem is that I train alone and don't get any specific advice on my pace, heart rate etc ...

I'm aiming at Peninsula 1/2 and then Two Oceans half ...

Thanks,
Jay

Hi Jay .. yes .. we provide feedback for those utilising the programs we have made available.

Because we have developed the programs and have the experience in working with athletes utilising the schedules we are able to deliver a service accordingly

the 10km program can be used to run a half marathon and has been most effectively by athletes in the Western Cape in the past.

Cheers

TheEd

Hi TheEd

Ok, thanks.

I'm going to push on with my current program, but perhaps I'll start using your programs thereafter ....
