3 Mile Run Training Advice After Injury - sottway - 06-02-2011

In 6 weeks I need to be able to reach 20 minutes for a 3 mile run - after just getting back in to my running I'm hitting 28 minutes which simply isn't great and I only have 6 weeks to get it down

So what are some of the best training techniques in such a short time?

Hi sottway and welcome

everything depends on your current level of fitness and the workload you able to do without breaking down. What also needs to be mentioned is your weight, height and age and whether you overweight etc etc

or else this is simply a shot in the dark

so with a little further feedback we can work a little towards a result
