old shoes - new shoes? - bankie - 02-04-2011

Ed,

my old ones have over 1000 km in them my new ones less than 100 - most on the mill. So should I stick with my old ones for my first half in fours weeks or road-test the new ones in time for the race?

do your shoes have removable inner soles?

if so then put the old inner soles into the new shoes and begin road testing them.

It has always been a good idea to buy 2 pairs of shoes which are similar and then to alternate them on a daily basis or to use the shoes for different types of training sessions

good to give the shoes a recovery day, one could say
