Hi TheEd, I'm nearing the end of the season now. Last race is on Sunday.
I'm wondering what I should do differently over winter for my running. Do athletes tend to focus on easy distance (= 'aerobic base'?) with less of the intervals / tempo sessions or do they continue as they were?
