Hi Glen, thank you so much for becoming involved in the Masters Training project and thank you for providing the background detail. I am aware of your desire to train towards a sub 50 minute 10k. This is a grand goal. For now, what we shall do is I shall ask you what training you have been doing till now. Then, we shall provide a training session and you provide feedback, regarding pace and pulse. So, over to you and so begins our journey
