Afternoon, Ed.
The forecast rain did not happen, so I cycled to tennis, played for a couple of hours and cycled home. Three hours of physical activity: zone 0: 22 mins; 1.26 zone 1; 1.04 zone 2; 8 mins: zone 3. So at least I got a bit of zone 3 today!
Hiking tomorrow, dancing on Monday and then another run on Wednesday. I will definitely take it slowly on Wed and look to spend as much time as I can in zone 3 - be interesting to see what speed I have to run at to achieve that.
