Thanks Gavin I ran my slow tempo last Monday with a 10K up in the Vineyards, ran 1:09'48 in 6'40 s at around 135BPM which sounds high but the hills justify the effort. I skipped Wednesdays speed interval session as I have my sister here and we have been doing a bit of local travelling so apologies for not posting.
This morning I ran my home Parkrun on the new summer route and quite enjoyed it despite the slowish time of 25'44, the course is quite a bit tougher with a big long hill that you run twice and an elevation gain and fall of over 100 vert meters over the 5 Kays. Will get the program back on track and complete the sessions this week.
