HI Neil, thanks for the feedback .. here's hoping you can establish some form of consistency in executing the 1k session going forward
for next week's Wednesday session, I would like for you try find a circular / loop course which has 1 hill in the loop, 100 to 150m max in length and for you to run the loop around 5 to 6 times, simply run the loop don't push the hill hard, if you slow / fade on the hill, don't try to push it harder simply maintain form and roll over the hill
we could look to do this once every 2 weeks, alternating with the 1k session
