Much better last night. Felt good on way round so kept it going. Was barely breathing, nor out of breath at end. Very good run, legs felt great, no out of the ordinary aches or pains anywhere. Was a little progressive on the pace, finished with a flat 5 min last KM so nothing excessive.
I did test the legs for about 200m @4:20 pace on a previous run and that felt comfortable without no adverse effects.
Feeling ready to get on it but I have a problem. I could start a cycle today or in a weeks time. I have my children for the week from Friday and may take them to the coast for a few days which means running could be tricky, let alone starting the cycle! They go back to mum next Friday so could probably get in the 2 km session next Friday evening on the usual day 3 and carry on from there. I will do what I can between now and then to keep things ticking over.
Darren.
