Thanks, Ed. I will look to do a similar run on Wed. I looked again at the zone issue - the wrist strap said on my last run that I was in the fifth zone (extreme) the whole time. But the record of the run on my phone (which takes data from the wrist strap) said: 27 mins in zone two (fat burning) and 8 mins in zone three (aerobic). So maybe I can pick up the pace a bit and try to increase the amount in zone three.
