Hi Ed,
just wanted to update you with the training.After a few days where i just stayed in bed and rested and didn't run a step i ran the 1k reps this morning it went very well 5x1 k @ 3.35 felt very good the whole time i should have done 6 really but after feeling very tired prior to this work out i figured it best to be satisfied with what i have just done.. The rest was much needed and has really helped..not sure if i will make my race on the 15th or not yet but i know the training is going well will be in touch after the 5k pace run speak soon and regards jon.
