had a something an nothing problem over use basically so had a few treatments now and i am back running but figured to miss the race will do 1.15 easy distance in the morning
and go from there..might reduce the 2k reps to mile reps to be on the safe side..on the
ment had ultra sound and taking it easy..over and out.
