Was not feeling great last week and was not able to run on Wednesday which was a real shame since I was very much looking forward to it. Still got a bit of a cold this week (or a new one) so not sure I will make it tomorrow, I really hope so. (As background it has suddenly got a bit colder in the UK - we were enjoying very warm weather for Nov but then the temperature fell to around 5 degrees celsius - perhaps warm for Nordic countries but less so for us).
