Ok - thanks for the advice. I will be taking it really easy and I think my first run will be a jog around a large group of sports pitches near my home, later in the week. Nice flat grass - not too far. I am just swimming and relaxing for a few days before that. No rush for me now - my target races are in September. Also my club know I am injured and won't expect me to race on the track in matches now.
