Just to say i have got a firm plan in order my first race is on the 30th June.
Leading on to pattaya marathon or in my case quarter marathon.
At present i am adding some nice distance of between seven to eight miles a day with twenty minute tempo runs at 4 mins per k
I think end of the month will be a good time to do a TT and go on to the three week cycle from there.
It was 30 degrees by 6am yestoday morning hench only running tempo pace and no real quality workouts.
All for now.
