Today I made preliminary calendar of races, and I have a question about macrocycles. You recommend that we do not use program more then 3-4 months. And then I should take off-period and then build up. But there is a problem, cause my biggest race for spring season is at 8th of May (30km mountain race), and there are two half marathons first of them is 6 weeks before 30K, and second is 3 weeks before 30K. So I was thinking about taking off period and build up after second cycle of program. So how should I periodize my plan?
