Hi there,
Had a good session with the 3x5mins yesterday (paces were 3:25, 3:21, 3:19 - all reasonably comfortable).
Strangely, however, I woke up early this morning with a persistent pain in my tail-bone (coccyx). Not something I've had before and I certainly haven't had any trauma to the area. Ran my easy 10k today at lunch-time and by the end it was feeling pretty sore.
Have you ever heard of anything like this? Am trying to book in to see my chiropractor ASAP. Will ice tonight and see how it feels in the morning but probably won't do my fart-lek session if it persists.
