33:51 you were right! (33:36 on my Garmin actually... which would be a pb... I think the course was about 70m long)
Incredibly happy with the race this morning considering 25mph wind, only one cycle on the program and 78kg! Maybe sub-16 5k still on the cards this winter??
Will try to grab you for a chat next week to discuss plans moving towards Tri season. Feeling quite optimistic about it all now
Actually - question: I'm thinking of having a crack at a 5k on 21st Feb (12 days from tomorrow) what sessions would you recommend between now then? Bearing in mind after the 5k I'll be skiing for 1 week (so just some easy running in the mornings) then have a half marathon (flat, competitive) on 9th March which is a key race (to set me up for IM 70.3 in May).
