OK here's an update of my week so far.
Ran easy 30 mins on Sun and Mon, then started new cycle on Tues.
Day 1 - Tues Oct 14 - 70 mins easy

Day 2 - Wed Oct 15 - 30 mins easy

Day 3 - Thurs Oct 16 - 5X2k R90S Target 4:25/k

RHR is minimum heart rate at end of 90 secs rest. Compared to last session previous cycle

Tough session this one. Had to get up super early this morning to get to work early. Started session at 4:45am. Also kicked the footy with my son last night and did a bit too much sprinting around. So considering the early start and heavier legs very pleased. Biggest difference I noticed was having more left for the 5th rep. Last time I was dying on that 5th rep.
